Building Hours

Building hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.  2020 Main is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to all authorized personnel carrying a building access card.  The building will be closed at all other times and during federally recognized holidays, and will require a building access card for entry.

The building will be closed on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day 
Presidents’ Day 
Memorial Day 
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day 
Christmas Day

Tenants will be informed of any exceptions.

The Conference Center is open from 8AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday. 

The Gym is open from 6AM to 8PM Monday through Friday. The Gym requires a building access card for entry.  

The Lounge is open from 8AM to 8PM Monday through Friday. 

Building Access After Hours

The main entrance facing the parking structure of the building is equipped with an electronic card reader; all persons authorized for after hours use of the facility will be issued a building access card.  Visitors, contractors, telephone workers, etc. must schedule with the respective tenant to gain access after hours.  On duty security personnel are not authorized to unlock, nor do they have the ability to unlock, individual tenant suites. Additionally, Property Management will not be held responsible for after hour access to individual tenant suites.
