Business License

A business license is required of all tenants. The business license division of the city of Irvine is located at 1 Civic Center Plaza, Irvine, CA, and is open to service you from 7:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday, alternate Friday’s 8:00 to 5:00. The telephone number is 949-724-6000.

Turn over your  Suite

Your suite/ mailbox keys and access cards will be provided immediately after the construction walk-through of your tenant improvements and acceptance of your suite. As indicated in your Lease, a Commencement Date Memorandum will be prepared for execution prior to your move-in noting the Commencement Date and other pertinent terms of your Lease. We ask that you sign and return all copies of this agreement. A fully executed copy will be provided to you for your files.
