Air Conditioning Services

Heating and air conditioning will be furnished during business hours, Monday through Friday. In an effort to conserve energy, your suite is not furnished with air on Saturdays. Should you require air on Saturday between the hours of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM you may turn your thermostat on and receive air at no additional charge. Should you require an adjustment to the heating/cooling in your suite, please contact our office, as the controls to the system are through our computerized state of the art energy management system. The thermostats in your office are sensitive devices, which can easily be thrown out of calibration, and we ask that you refrain from making your own adjustment with these.

At all other times, air conditioning will be available at a charge as indicated in your Lease, and will be invoiced monthly. To receive after-hours air, press the “on” button located on the thermostat that services your area, which will allow you to receive up to two (2) hours of air conditioning. This information is logged on our energy management system, providing a detailed monthly report of all after-hours air conditioning activity.
